Order Fulfillment/Product Delivery
All registration items will be considered delivered on the first scheduled day of the GRL Retreat. GRL will make every effort to provide some form of recognition in exchange for sponsorship monies received. All payments and sponsorship funds are subject to our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, a full refund is available until the refund date listed for that retreat year. After this date, no refunds can be made. Sponsorships, contributions, and promotional opportunities purchases are non-refundable.
Governing Law/Disputes
By visiting this site, you agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any claim relating to your use of this site must be brought to our immediate attention, or such claim or cause of action is barred. In the event of any controversy or dispute between GRL and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute before taking legal action.
Limitation on liability
GRL Retreat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this usage agreement, should GRL be found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or any Content, GRL’s liability shall in no event exceed the registration fees paid in the six months prior to the date of the claim made against GRL.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GRL Retreat, its organizers, volunteers, and its affiliates and hold GRL Retreat harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
GRL reserves the right to update or modify the Terms without advance notice by posting revised Terms to this website. We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to update and/or change our pricing structure as needed.
